The bar's kitchen and equipment were completely replaced, and every design element was carefully curated for maximum enjoyment. With a focus on spirits education, Lone Wolf aims to elevate the bar experience, encouraging guests to discover and enjoy better drinks. It's more than just a cocktail bar—it's a celebration of quality, camaraderie, and the art of mixology.
Mirador
Mirador brings something truly unique the Hudson Valley. In its tavern space that takes cues from Andalusian tabancos (sherry bars), Mirador offers a mix of Spanish tapas, craft cocktails, and Spanish wines. It also offers a Sherry program, providing guests with an education in the styles, history, and pairings of this fortified wine native to Spain's Andalusia region.
