About Hudson Brewing Company
Hudson Brewing Co. proudly carries the torch as the city’s first brewery since Prohibition, reviving a spirited legacy that dates back to Hudson’s early 20th-century heyday of taprooms and local lore. Founded in 2015 by Will Thibeault—whose garage was home to the very first batch of Proprietors Pale Ale—HBC blends small-town grit with a deep appreciation for New York State’s finest malt and hops. With a nod to the past and a passion for quality, the brewery produces a rotating lineup of flavorful, locally inspired beers, along with a curated selection of NYS wines and craft spirits.
Located just steps from the Hudson Amtrak station and riverfront, the taproom at 99 South 3rd Street offers a welcoming space to gather, unwind, and sip some of the best brews in the Hudson Valley. With 12 taps, seasonal selections, and a laid-back atmosphere, Hudson Brewing Co. invites locals and visitors alike to be part of the city’s ongoing beer story—one pint at a time.
