Led by Executive Chef Alex Napolitano, the kitchen draws on his Italian heritage, using classic regional techniques to let exceptional local ingredients speak for themselves. Alongside the restaurant, The Maker Cafe channels the spirit of Europe’s great coffeehouses. Guests will find freshly baked breads and pastries from Bartlett House, excellent coffee, classic cocktails, and an all-day menu of sandwiches, salads, and soups designed for both lingering meals and easy takeaway. Nearby, The Lounge, housed in a converted 19th-century carriage house, offers a more intimate evening setting, with leather-lined walls, a carved fireplace, and a grand bar serving craft cocktails, wines, and local beers alongside a concise menu of savory plates.
