Located on a vast 52 acres just outside the village of Rhinebeck, NY, Slowfox Farm Brewery seamlessly integrates craft brewing with sustainable farming practices. At the heart of this venture is the combination of a fully operational on-site brewery and a commitment to ecological agriculture. Visitors to the brewery are treated to a unique experience, where the journey from farm to pint is as transparent as the wooded surroundings. The tasting room offers 11 distinct beers brewed in-house, with a twelfth soon to be introduced. These libations are crafted using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, showcasing the rich bounty of the Hudson Valley.
Taking a holistic approach to sustainability, the farm boasts a no-till vegetable operation and a vibrant pick-your-own flower field. Their herd of Scottish Highland cattle contributes to the farm's regenerative ecosystem.
