About Slowfox Farm Brewery
On 52 acres outside the village of Rhinebeck, Slow Fox Farm Brewery is a unique destination combining craft brewing with sustainable farming. The farm features an on-site brewery, a no-till vegetable operation, a pick-your-own flower field, and a small herd of Scottish Highland cattle. Committed to regenerative farming, they produce their own compost, avoid spraying, and prioritize organic, sustainable practices.
All beers served in the tasting room are brewed on-site using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible, with 11 house brews currently on tap and a 12th on the way. Visitors can enjoy a fresh pour while exploring the farm, picking seasonal flowers, or browsing the farm market's offerings.
