About Silo Bakery
The Silo Bakery in Amenia brings a touch of French artistry to the Hudson Valley with its handcrafted pastries, breads, and pies made from scratch using local ingredients. Opened Summer 2025, the bakery has quickly become a neighborhood, serving seasonal baked goods and Illy Café coffee. Part of the Silo Ridge Field Club, a Discovery Land company, Silo Bakery extends the club’s commitment to quality and connection into the heart of Amenia.
At the helm is renowned pastry chef Thomas Croizé, whose training in France, Monaco, and New York informs a menu that blends tradition with creativity. Guests can enjoy classics such as chocolate croissants made with single-origin chocolate, alongside hearty lunch offerings like soups and sandwiches served on house-baked breads. Gluten-free selections and custom cakes ensure there’s something for every taste.
