The Greenhouses at Audrey’s Farmhouse is a one-of-a-kind event venue and boutique lodging experience in Wallkill, NY, where nature, design, and hospitality converge. Originally a 1950s flower nursery, the property has been thoughtfully transformed by owners Sally Watkinson and Doug Posey into a lush, plant-filled destination that balances elegance with rustic charm. Anchored by a stunning 3,000-square-foot greenhouse filled with over 200 plants and strung with bistro lights, the venue also includes a stylish adjoining barn, open-air courtyards, pergola, and expansive lawn—offering over 9,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space for weddings, retreats, markets, and gatherings of all kinds.

The greenhouse and barn are fully equipped for year-round use with heating, cooling, sound systems, and thoughtfully included amenities such as handcrafted farm tables, bentwood chairs, tableware, and a dedicated bar area. Couples booking weddings enjoy exclusive use of the venue from Friday to Sunday, with accommodations for up to 42 guests across 20 pet-friendly rooms, including suites in the 1740 farmhouse, a charming cottage, and The Greenhouses' own U-shaped guest wing. Each room is styled in a mix of mid-century modern and classic farmhouse decor, with Aesop toiletries and warm, thoughtful touches throughout—plus breakfast included with every stay.
